HIGHLY POTENT SUPPLEMENT FOR OSTEOARTHRITIS SUFFERERS

The IPS Artho-1280 Joint Formulation is a pharmaceutical grade dietary supplement, designed to promote joint health, specifically targeting osteoarthritis.

This supplement has been custom formulated based on IPS’ strict guidelines.

The result is a well blended supplement containing the most scientifically proven ingredients as a natural solution for improving joint health and decreasing the discomfort of osteoarthritis.

  • By 2040, an estimated 78 million (26%) US adults aged 18 years or older are projected to have doctor-diagnosed arthritis.
  • From 2013–2015, an estimated 54.4 million US adults (22.7%) annually had ever been told by a doctor that they had some form of arthritis
  • In 2015,  an estimated 30.8 million adults have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis.

More than half of all people with symptomatic knee osteoarthritis
(OA) are younger than age 65 and will live for three decades
or more after diagnosis. For these people, there is substantially
more time for greater disability to occur. (2016)

Current therapies, including pain management, improved
nutrition and regular programs for exercise, do not lead to the
resolution of osteoarthritis. (2016) –Arthritis.org

MAIN INGREDIENTS

Vitamin E (as D-Alpha Tocopherol Succinate) is the most effective form of vitamin E.
In a clinical study, elevated levels of serum CRP (which increases in the presence of inflammation in the body) and synovial fluid IL-6 were decreased insignificantly after vitamin E supplementation in knee OA patients. [1] High synovial fluid interleukin-6 levels are associated with increased matrix metalloproteinase levels (which degrade both matrix and non-matrix proteins in cells) and severe radiographic changes (ie: joint space loss, osteophyte formation…) in osteoarthritis patients. [2]

Niacin (as Niacinamide) is a form of vitamin B3 and does not cause the flushing that is commonly associated with niacin.
In a clinical study, Niacinamide reduced erythrocyte sedimentation rate (inflammatory activity in your body) associated with osteoarthritis by 22% and increased joint mobility by 4.5 degrees over controls. [3]

Glucosamine HCL is taken to increase the cartilage and fluid surrounding joints or help prevent breakdown of these substances.
In osteoarthritis, this cushion becomes thinner and stiff. The hydrochloride form of glucosamine is more concentrated than sulphate and contains substantially less sodium per effective dose.

Turmeric Root Powder has proven antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties due to the main active ingredient curcumin.
Many studies show that curcumin can help treat symptoms of arthritis and is in some cases more effective than anti-inflammatory drugs. [4] It also helps reduce the use of NSAIDs and other pain medications for osteoarthritis. Curcumin has many other documented health benefits for the heart, brain, liver and to fight cancer, diabetes and more.

Chondroitin Sulfate is an important structural component of cartilage and provides much of its resistance to compression.
Has shown to have various effects from anti-inflammatory and anticatabolic (prevent or minimize the breakdown of hard-earned muscle) to anti-apoptotic (prevent cell death), and also antioxidant properties. [5] Often paired with glucosamine, this component is believed to help slow the progression of osteoarthritis.

MSM helps decrease joint inflammation, improves flexibility and restores collagen production.
In a clinical study, [6] the combination of glucosamine and MSM showed statistically significant decreases in pain and swelling compared with either single treatment alone.

Hyaluronic Acid (as Sodium Hyaluronate) is similar to the fluid that surrounds the joints in your body. This fluid acts as a lubricant and shock absorber for the joints.
Sodium Hyaluronate is the salt form of Hyaluronic Acid, a water-binding ingredient that has the ability to fill the spaces between the connective fibers known as collagen and elastin. In this form, the body can absorb the hyaluronic acid.

Boswellia Serrata Gum Extract also known as Indian frankincense, is an herbal extract taken from the Boswellia serrata tree.
Resin made from boswellia extract is used to treat chronic inflammatory illnesses, such as osteoarthritis, and a number of other health conditions.

Bromelain Complex contains bromelain, a protein-digesting enzyme from pineapple.
Bromelain Complex is used as a potent anti-inflammatory and anti-swelling agent, plus it helps prevent blood clots.

BioPerine® is a patented standardized extract obtained from black pepper, containing not less than 95% piperine.
A clinically proven bioavailability enhancer, BioPerine® effectively aids nutrients to reach the target cells where it modifies their metabolism.

About 40% of U.S. adults are likely to develop symptomatic
osteoarthritis (OA) in at least one hand by age 85. (2017)
